(HRG) is an award-winning, employee-owned civil engineering consulting firm with offices in Pennsylvania, Ohio & West Virginia.  Founded in 1962, HRG has been dedicated to providing innovation and quality design projects to our clients for over 50 years.      Immediate opportunity available for an experienced Water & Wastewater Senior Resident Project Representative in Cranberry Township, PA.  As a Senior Resident Project Representative, you are directly responsible for construction observation and inspection of engineering practices related to water and wastewater treatment facilities.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:   Conducting onsite observation and inspection of the work in progress in accordance with the contract documents and provide corrective measures to contractors as necessary Reviewing and evaluating contractor's suggestions for modification in drawings or specifications and provide recommendation to Project Manager Consulting with Project Manager regarding acceptability of project schedule, schedule of shop drawing submittals and schedule of values prepared by contractor Attending meetings with contractor; such as pre-construction conferences, progress meetings, job conferences and other project-related meetings  Required Experience   High school or GED 20+ years' experience in: construction observation and administration relative to water and wastewater projects construction observation and/or management for storm water, site grading, paving and highway projects basic survey, grade and cut sheets and quantity data NICET certification, desired Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel Team player possessing strong communication and organizational skills Must have a valid Driver's License to travel to job sites, meetings and/or regional office(s) Has the legal right to work in the U.S.     Why Consider a Career with HRG:  We value the commitment and dedication of our employee-owners, therefore HRG offers a competitive compensation and benefits package As an employee-owned company, we all share in the current and future financial success of the company through the company-funded Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Recipient of the 2015 Premier Award for Client Satisfaction by PSMJ Resources, Inc. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
