Technical Delivery Manager

Job Description Position Responsibilities/Requirements The Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) ensures that the quality of technology services being delivered meets business needs and performance targets. The TDM will also make certain that the client remains satisfied in solutions that we are providing.  He/she will also take what steps are needed to ensure that all Technology SLA's are met. The primary responsibility for the TDM is the management of the bank's end to end technical solution and to act as the primary technical liaison. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These functions include but are not limited to:                                                              Understand and document the assigned bank's end to end technical solution. Support and coordinate all the Profile (Core Banking System) Technical activities. Track and review the performance of assigned bank and remediate any issues. Facilitate all activities to remediate problems and provide a complete RCA to the client. Facilitate the upgrade of all software and hardware. Works individually or within a team to meet specific client requirements. Serves as a technical liaison for technology projects. Effectively manage overall client technical solution which includes and is not limited to the following: technical liaison analyze more complex issues identify possible solution/options identify product issues and collaborate with technical support and development teams to drive resolution Attain client credibility through demonstrable technology experience. Efficiently multi-task across multiple engagements. Articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent client interaction skills and demonstrated ability to manage complex and challenging issues/projects. Ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism. Knowledge of application development and system architecture. Participates in disaster recovery/business continuity activities as needed. Researches and evaluates new technologies, products and techniques that could meet future technology needs. Performs other duties as required. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least 8 years in technology support or a related field, production supportexperience is ideal. Five or more years of management or supervisory experience. Extensive Experienceworking withbankingtechnology preferably Core Banking Solutions or other Third Party solutions. Managed services experience. EDUCATION REQUIRED: A Bachelor's Degree is required. GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: In-depth knowledge of financial services industry. Knowledge of application architecture. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors). Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills. Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas. Skills in project management, organization, communications, analytical and people skills. Ability to analyze client's business needs and determine related information services support. Pro-active in pre-empting issues and problems. Consultative and highly communicative. Broad knowledge of emerging technology issues and trends. Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, team-building, and conflict and time management skills. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
