Gutter Installer

This position is responsible for all aspects of gutter installation work including gutter, downspouts, elbows, and gutter related products on both existing and new construction.


  • Loads and logs materials onto a truck and make a notation of returned materials.
  • Erects scaffolding or ladders
  • Cuts gutter material to the size required
  • Attaches gutter materials by installing spikes
  • Maintain good housekeeping on job site
  • Observe job site safety rules and know the location of MSDS packets in your vehicle
  • Maintain tools and truck housekeeping
  • Observe all driving safety rules at all times
  • Other duties as required based on company and customer needs


  • Experience in Gutter installation preferred
  • Experience in the construction industry preferred
  • Maintain a valid driver s license in the state employed.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Able to perform basic math skills
  • Gutter installers must be able to use common hand tools snips, downspout crimps, end cap crimps, hacksaw, hammer, cordless hand drill, various hole punch tools, and a caulk gun.
  • Must also be able to read job instructions and record materials to work order.

Position requires a Drug Test and Motor Vehicle Report to be completed, contingent upon employment.


  • Must be able to manage extension ladders up to 45 Ft., work at heights.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Must be able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees to handle and install gutters.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.


Work is performed outside; the ability to adapt to extreme temperature ranges is preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
