Customer Service - Inside Sales
Brief Description:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for a combination of sales to both new and existing customer and appointment scheduling for our outside sales team.
Responsibilities:
Act as the initial point of contact with potential customers by receiving inbound phone calls inquiring about our products and services
Assess customers' needs and accurately offer the best service solution
Initiate, customize and finalize contracts for residential and small business accounts
Responsible for achieving defined activity metrics as they relate to performance
Coordinate and schedule appointments with prospects for our outside sales representatives
Follow up with customers regarding appointment times and various customer inquiries
No cold calling required
Qualifications:
1
years of successful sales experience required, inside B2C sales preferred
Excellent oral and written communication and customer relation skills
Assertive, persistent, self-motivated
Mature and confident with the ability to work under pressure.
Must be goal oriented with the aptitude to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
Telecommunications experience a plus
Compensation and
Benefits:
The schedule is 12:30 to 9:00 PM 4 week days
every Saturday 8:30 to 5:00 PM. Split days off. Training is $14.00/hr and after training the Base salary is $25,000 annually ($12.00/hr) plus uncapped commission. First year earnings forecasted between 35-40K.
