Position Description-Combination of outbound/inbound calls-Updating Auto pay Accounts-Contact customers whose auto pay has expired to update the accounts
Qualifications-Excellent communication and phone skills necessary-Computer skills needed-Strong negotiator-Customer service experience helpful
Hours
The shift will be Tuesday - Saturday
Tuesday - Wednesday 8 - 4:30
Thursday - Friday 12:00 - 8:30
Saturday 8 - 4:30
Pay
$13.00- $13.50/hr

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
