Customer Service Dispatcher
Position Description
-Main point of contact when a customer has an alarm
-Follows correct procedure in contacting customer to determine if actual emergency exists
-If there is a need, dispatching the proper authorities is required
-Receives a high volume of phone calls and may be required to direct individuals to other departments
-Must be computer literate
-Good phone skills and typing skills necessary
-Customer service skills helpful
-Must work well under pressure and/or emergency situations
5 Open Positions - Full Time position with benefits in 90 days
2 shifts Available
00 PM - 11:
00 PM or 11:
00 PM - 7:
00 AM
Must work weekends, with two consecutive days off during the week.
(Always the same two days.
00 - $13.
50/hr with benefits/PTO/Vacation days in 90 day days

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
