Responsibilities:
Reporting into the MissionOPS Director, Americas, the Western Pennsylvania (WPA) Leader, Strategic Facilities will have overall responsibility for the strategic maintenance and operational activities for Cranberry Corporate Center land and buildings Murrysville land and building and New Kensington land and building.
In addition, this role will be responsible for creating a Community of Practice around facilities management:
Cranberry Offices and Plant Manufacturing Ryan LaboratoryCorporate Center Administrative and Executive OfficesMurrysville Offices and Plant ManufacturingNew Kensington Offices and Plant Manufacturing The Incumbent will:
Lead and/or guide local operational and tactical project teams.
Ensure repairs and maintenance of the physical plant, offices, systems, interior and exterior of the facilities are completed timely and appropriately.
MSA's representative on the Cranberry Woods Park Board of Trustees.
This landlord/tenant organization is responsible for the ongoing management of the park including repair and maintenance, security and major project initiatives.
MSA's liaison for project planning involving public works with Cranberry Township government and Pennsylvania State Officials.
Work hand in hand on these major projects with various public and private organizations such as public utilities, communication companies, developers, Real Estate brokers, Banking and legal offices for the coordination of expansion, relocation, and new office openings of real estate projects.
Actively participate as member of Cranberry Woods Architectural Review Board in the preservation of existing areas for natural beauty and assure that buildings, structures, signs or other developments are in good taste, good design, harmonious with surrounding developments.
Contribute to the preservation of Cranberry Woods Office Park, Murrysville, New Kensington development as places of beauty, spaciousness and quality.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners, to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize the progress of each real estate projectWork closely with Global Real Estate, Information Technology, Finance, Sales, Legal, HR, Marketing and Engineering departments, and external contractors, and report directly to senior management.
Coordinate projects related to the cafeteria services for all WPA locations.
Be Main point of contact within the Cranberry Township, Murrysville, New Kensington jurisdiction by participating in project planning involving public works, facilities management, transportation, finance, energy and communication offices.
Determine most feasible way to accomplish milestones.
Identify resources required, hire staff and/or incorporate existing staff into work plan, contract with consultants, etc.
Seek necessary support and engagement from other local government staff to implement measures and complete milestones.
Assemble task teams, develop and oversee work plans, coordinate implementation of local action plans.
Establish, lead, coordinate a Community of Practice for facilities management.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field plus 8 years facility related management experience 5-10 years project management experience, planning and managing complex systems with emphasis in engineering and sustainable practices.
Minimum 3 years project management experience, with demonstrated leadership experience required and managing simultaneous projects with multiple stakeholders required.
Ability to travel 25% Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering disciplineThorough understanding of building HVAC systems and other building infrastructure systems.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
