Overview:
Process the upload file in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure accuracy of customer invoices and carrier payments.
Responsibilities:
Summary of essential job functionso Ensure accuracy and timeliness of information to the Billing Department for customer invoicing and carrier paymentso Audit freight and carrier bills for accuracy and resolve conflictso Process adjustments as necessary ensuring proper documentation is provided.
o Research and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner while maintaining good customer and carrier relationshipso Communicate with the finance team and other support personnel along with internal and/or external customers to resolve issueso Perform the necessary clerical, data entry, research, and problem resolution duties required.
o Ensure customer invoice requirements are met prior to and including delivery of invoices.
o Maintain customer profiles to ensure accuracyo Perform assigned duties in a professional and service-oriented manner with customers, carriers, and fellow employeeso Respond to all customer billing inquires via email and/or telephone.
o Adhere to strict deadlines and performance metrics o Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirementso PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred), Intermediate Excel and Accounting software skills (Microsoft AX preferred) Minimum Qualificationso Associates degree in the financial field preferredPay Range:
USD $47,000.
00 - USD $50,000.
