EHS and Quality ManagerISO Coordinator Oversee ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 program to maintain certification Schedule, perform, and participate in internal audits Prepare and present annual management review Schedule and participate in external registrar and customer audits Maintain QEHS manual, process, and procedure documents Provide ISO annual awareness training and new employee orientationEHS Investigate EHS incidents and findings and ensure effective corrective action is taken Perform periodic inspections of shop equipment, materials, and safety devices Coordinate periodic third-party service and inspection of EHS-critical equipment Interact with waste collection vendors to ensure proper and timely disposal Ensure that required regulatory reports are submitted Lead the local EHS committee monthly meetings Provide EHS annual awareness training and new employee orientation Report EHS results and findings to upper managementQuality Supervise the quality technician Prepare and present periodic reports on customer complaints and supplier performance Participate in quality issue resolution and ensure effective corrective action is taken Report Quality results and findings to upper management Interpret and ensure compliance with industry standards such as NSF/ANSI 61 and AWWAOperational Excellence Oversee the visual daily management / shop floor management program Provide direction and coaching to the 5S program Gather data and present periodic reports on the OPEX program Report OPEX results and findings to upper managementLegal / Trade Compliance Act as local trade compliance officer Interpret import/export regulations as leader of local trade compliance committee Provide awareness and orientation training on corporate legal policiesESG Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with company values and industry standards.
Monitor ESG metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for upper management Stay updated on ESG trends and regulations to ensure compliance and proactive action When required, lead ESG-related training and awareness programs for employees Represent the company in ESG-related requests and activities
Qualifications:
Necessary skills:
Engineering or science degreeExperience as coordinator and/or auditor of a ISO9001 programProficient in the use of issue/incident investigation, containment, and corrective actionExperience with supplier quality and performance monitoringUnderstanding of EHS regulations from OSHA, EPA/PADEP, etc.
Familiarity with industry standards in a technical fieldProficient with OPEX tools such as VDM/SFM, 5S, and value stream mappingExperience as a team or project leaderProficient in use of Microsoft Office and SAP, or similar softwarePreferred skills:
Experience as coordinator or auditor of ISO14001 and 45001 programs, or similarKnowledge of valve manufacturing, CNC machining, and/or foundry operationsUnderstanding of water industry standards such as NSF/ANSI 61 or AWWAUnderstanding of import/export laws and regulationsExperience providing training and producing training materialsAbout the Company:
