Replenishment Buyer/Analyst
Triangle Fastener Corporation is a fast-growing wholesale distributor serving the construction industry in the US and beyond.
We are currently seeking a Replenishment Buyer and Analyst to join our team at our corporate office in Pittsburgh, PA.
This entry-level position is ideal for an ambitious individual willing to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment while working in collaboration with supportive and knowledgeable professionals! Position Objectives Maintain and develop business relationships with Domestic and International Vendors to execute strategic product replenishment processes.
Analyze material demand and determine inventory strategy or alternative supply chain strategies for maintaining high material availability at the lowest total ownership costs.
Analyze material demand and determine a best-practices inventory strategy to maintain optimal material availability and maximize growth of inventory value.
Implement and maintain efficient material procurement procedures to ensure fulfillment of internal product and material demand as well as company objectives.
This position requires candidates located in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA area.
This is not a virtual position.

Communicate effectively with suppliers on all aspects of pricing, delivery, and quality requirements.
Execute exceptional negotiations in regards to pricing, wholesale agreements, and delivery requirements.
Proactively research market trends, raw material costs, and supply chain stability.
Foster awareness of inventory processes, practices, and technologies that can support company interests.
Work with management to execute and support key objectives & overall business initiatives.
Lead by example in creating company-wide working relationships and a positive work environment.
Ideal Candidates Demonstrate:
Excellent oral and written communication Confident and decisive negotiation skills Experience and knowledge in interpreting technical specifications Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Ability to troubleshoot and address complex issues and problems Adaptability and innovation in response to changing supply chain conditions Self-motivation and drive in achieving organizational goals Effective management of multiple simultaneous projects Diligence in creating solutions that meet the needs of internal departments Integrity in conducting business with vendors and suppliers High School Diploma or GED required If selected, candidates must successfully meet all employment requirements including a favorable background check and pre-employment drug screen.
