As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, oversight and success of projects spanning a variety of disciplines, in critical focus areas, within the Architectural Coatings business. The role will include leading teams through continuous improvement activities such as business process improvements, minimum viable product's, management operating systems, and traditional project management. Key Responsibilities Lead diverse teams of business process experts and regional business leaders in project planning sessions - developing project scope, plans, and results. Guide teams through sophisticated projects and initiatives delivering against project, timeline, and budgetary goals. Provide expertise in project management methodology, lean tools, project governance and project status reporting. Facilitation of continuous improvement projects supporting various business goals and strategy. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent education with 10
years of professional experience and 5
years of solid experience in Project Management or a role involving continuous improvement preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Green Belt preferred. A solid track record of leading remote teams through sophisticated initiatives/projects and carry extensive project management background within a large organization A strong analytical background with extensive experience in MS Office (Project, Visio, Excel, Teams).
