As a Manager, General Accounting, you are responsible for managing the general accounting activities for the United States and Canada (USCA) Industrial Coatings segment. In this position, you will support the planning, organizing, reporting, process improvement, and adherence to controls. Can you ensure accurate and timely transactions with efficient and effective processes related to general accounting? If so, read on! Key Responsibilities Supervise month end closing activities and prepare the internal management reporting while acting as liaison for all internal and external audits. Work cross functionally with IT to ensure primary financial systems are functioning accurately to meet business needs and enforce to policy. Design, development, and adhere to key performance indicators while promoting efficient and effective and standardized processes in all general accounting areas. Lead all aspects of the development, implementation, and adherence to all financial policies and procedures to ensure a strong business control environment. Supervise the analysis for freight, prepayments, royalties, restricted cash, intangible assets, restructuring, shared facility, and supply agreements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent education with 7

$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
